Tashkent International Tourism Fair "Tourism on the Silk Road" will be held on 8-10 October 2013 in Tashkent. It is organized by the National Company "Uzbektourism" and advertising agency "Great Silk Road" with the support of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). The fair is held in order to promote the national cultural heritage of Uzbekistan abroad, to attract more foreign tourists to our country and to promote domestic tourism.
TITF affords an possibility of the world's leading experts to share experiences, discuss current issues of tourism, present new opportunities. TITF attracts hundreds of foreign tour operators and representatives of the tourism business from abroad, as well as determines the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
TITF 2013 is a professional tourist exhibition, aimed at a wide range of professionals of Uzbek and foreign tourist business; specialized exhibition, uniting companies from all over the world and providing all kinds of tourist services; provision of the necessary information about different types of leisure activities and new routes; the annual forum of inbound, outbound and domestic tourism, organized in Tashkent.
The National pavilion will be demonstrated "Oriental bazaar" and "City of craftsmen", as well as brands of each region of Uzbekistan. The participation of TITF-2013 was confirmed by representatives of tourist industry of the Russian Federation, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.
