Tour description:

A short and interesting Turkmenistan -Uzbekistan tour , that  covers the most popular historical and natural places , is  a great option for travellers  who would like to experience more in less time.

The tour can be arranged for a family or group by request.

Day 1
 Arrival in Ashgabat in the early morning.  
The driver and the guide will meet you at the airport. 
Start city tour with visits to Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Independence Park with Monument of Independence (it's a 118m column that consider the highest building in the country), Neutrality Arch - an unique composition that rotates slowly after the sun. Visiting National Museum, where you can see more than 166 unique exposition from Ancient Merv and Nissa. A trip to ancient Nissa (18km from Ashgabad) that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the ruins of the ancient city (the date of foundation of the I millennium BC - I millennium BC). Return back to Ashgabad. Visit en-route Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum. It's considered the biggest in Central Asia (10 thousands of people). There're beautiful garden and fountains near the mosque.

 Day 2
Continue city tour around Ashgabad with visiting to Anau mosque ruins; Ahalteke horse stables, where you will have an opportunity to see the most beautiful horses on the Earth. A visit toCarpet Museum and (Sunday) bazaar. Transfer by car to gas crater Darwaza (260 km North from Ashgabad). In 1971 geologists accidentally found an underground cavern filled with natural gas. The ground beneath the drilling rig collapsed, leaving a large hole with a diameter of about 50-100 meters. To avoid poisonous gas discharge, it was decided to burn the gas. Geologists had hoped the fire would go out in a few days but it has been burning ever since. Locals have named the cavern The Gate to Hell, and the sight of the crater at night indeed gives a somewhat spooky feel. The views are most impressive in the dark, and an overnight stay in tents near the crater is a unique experience, especially when accompanied by a barbeque dinner.

Day 3
In the morning transfer to Kunya-Urgench. On arrival, lunch and then rest time. Start sightseeing tour with visiting: the founder mausoleum of Sufi sects "Kubra" Nadzhimetdin Kubra (XII-XIII centuries); the mausoleum of Mongolian princess Torebeg-Hanym (XII-XIV centuries); minaret Mamun (X-XI centuries); minaret Kutlug-Timur (XII-XIV c, the highest minaret in Central Asia - 67m height); mausoleum Kyrkmolla (II in BC - III A.D.); mausoleum Arslan II (the oldest building in the city - date of its bookmark is roughly estimated by XI century). Moving to Dashoguz.and transfer to Turkmen – Uzbek Boarder Pass the boarder. Transfer to Khiva (30 km).

Day 4
Tashkent-Urgench (Khiva)
Start sightseeing tour in Ichan Kala known as “Inner town”:Ata Darbaza, Kunya Ark, Muhammad Rakhim-Khan Madrassa, Muhammad Aminkhan Madrassa, Kalta Minor Minaret, Juma Mosque and Minaret, Islam Khodja Madrassah, Said Alauddin Mausoleum, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, the last Khiva Khan Allakulikhan’s Madrassah, Tosh Hovli Palace, Caravanserai and Tim Allakulikhan.

 Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel. 
09:00 Transfer to Bukhara via the Kizil Kum desert (475 km).
On the way there is a stop to take pictures and enjoy the picturesque views of the Amudarya River. Arrival in Bukhara in the afternoon.
Check–in the hotel. Free time.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel. 
09:00 Sightseeing walking tour (walking) of Bukhara with visiting Samanids Mausoleum, Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum, Bolo-Haus Mosque, Ark Fortress, Minorai-Kalon and Poi-Kalon Mosque, Miri-Arab Madrassah, Toki-Zargaron, Kosh Madrassah (Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan), Magoki-Attori Mosque, Lyabi-Hause ansemble. 
A visit to three trading domes (covered bazaars). In XVI century it was the center for trade of silk, jewelry and even for money exchange. Today tourists can also buy here different souvenirs of a wide range: from small souvenir magnets to the famous Bukhara carpets. 
Transfer to the train station.
15.20 Departure from Bukhara by express train “Afrosiab”.
17.00 Arrival in Samarkand.Transfer to the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.
 Day 7
Sightseeing tour of Samarkand with visiting: Gur-Emir Mausoleum (Tamerlan's tomb), Registan Square (a heart of the city), Bibi-Hanum Mosque, orient bazaar Siyab, Shakh-i-Zinda Necropolis and Ulugbek's Observatory, Mausoleum of Khodja Doniyor known as Saint Daniel. 
16:00 Transfer to railway station.
17:00 Depart Samarkand by high-speed train “Afrosiab”.
19:10 Arrival in Tashkent. 
Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8
Breakfast .
12.00 Check out and meeting with the guide at the lobby.
Sightseeing tour of Tashkent begins with visiting the old part of the city: architectural complex "Khazret-Imam" (Mausoleum of Imam Kaffal al-Shashi, Barak-khan Madrassah, Tellya Sheikh Madrassah, Mui-Mubarak Madrassah, Juma Mosque, Imam Ismail al-Bukhari , Islamic Institute where one can see the original Quran Osman), Kukeldash Madrassah, bazaar Chorsu. The excursion around European part of the city includes visiting : Amir Timur Square, Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre , Independence Square, Monument of Courage, and Memorial to the Victims of Repression. Transfer to the airport . Departure flight.
End of the tour.
