Covid 19: Information and recommendations.

Good health and well-being of every guest is very important to us.

We kindly ask to consider the following recommendations and look through the necessary information on the precaution measures we are taking to ensure the safety of guests and staff in pandemic times.

Transport. Cars, minibuses and buses are used with 50% of the seats capacity, the seating of passengers is arranged with a social distance between passengers of 1.5-2 meters. All vehicles regularly undergo technical control and disinfection in accordance with the established procedure.

Medical check. All employees of the company who contact directly with tourists have regularly medical check, providing the necessary documentation.

Sanitary control. Before boarding a bus or other transport, the staff checks all vehicles to have the necessary hygienic and disinfecting supplies for passengers use. The personnel on duty controls and records the technical and sanitary conditions of the transport to be clean, disinfected and ready to accommodate all the passengers comfortably and safe.

During the tour, passengers have regular check on average body temperature. Wearing medical masks, gloves and having standard sanitary kit is required for tourists and staff.

Luggage (handles of suitcases, bags, etc.) and places of frequent contact in transport and hotels (handrails, door handles, steering wheel, panels, etc.) are regularly undergo sanitization with disinfectants.

In all our vehicles, we provide 0.5 liter of bottled water to every passenger for individual use.

We recommend all guests to use disposable protection using masks, gloves, etc., to wash hands and/or use sanitizers for hands before every meal.
