The festival of national pilaf “PilafFest” will be held in the International Uzbek tourist exhibition "World of Rest". Recall that the International Uzbek Tourism Exhibition will be held on 18-19th April in 2013 in Tashkent. At the festival will present various types of pilaf all regions of the republic with the possibility of tasting. Studying the peculiarities of cooking plov of each region, there will be presented plov preparation Samarkand, Tashkent, Fergana, Khorezm, Bukhara and Kashkadarya. Unique opportunity will be opened for tourists to see the work of cooks, and try themselves in gastronomy, which combines Eastern traditions and advanced technology. More than 3000 people can visit the festival. Seminar "Gastronomic tourism" will be organized by the National Company "Uzbektourism" and Armenian "Great Silk Road".
