Navruz is the most cheerful holiday in Central Asia. Navruz is the symbol of a new day and new year, it’s time for new plans, good mood and hopes.  We invite you to Uzbekistan - our tour  is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the culture, cuisine and festivities of local people.

Also you will have an opportunity to participate in cooking SUMALYAK - festive dish for Navruz holiday.

18 March. Day 1

Arrival at Tashkent Airport. You will be met and transferred to hotel. Hotel check-in. Time for discussion tour program and other details with our company representative. Resting time. Overnight at the hotel.

19 March. Day 2
Tashkent – Bukhara

Early breakfast.
07:00 Transfer to Tashkent railway station. 
08:00 Depart for Bukhara by the high speed train “Afrosiab”
11:57 Arrival in Bukhara.

Meeting, transfer to hotel.
Start walking sightseeing tour of Bukhara with visiting Lyabi Hauz complex (Nadir Divanbegi Madrasah and Khanaqa, Kukeldash Madrasah and the monument of Khodja Nasreddin), Magoki Attari MosqueUlugbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrasah, Abdullakhan’s Tim, Caravanserai Sayfuddin (now the Center of Handicraft Development of Bukhara).  

  There are three trading domes (covered bazaars) preserved from the XVI century. It was trading center in ancient time. Today you can also enjoy and purchase different souvenirs of a wide range, from small souvenir magnets to the famous Bukhara carpets.

Return back to the hotel. Free time. 
18:00 Dinner with Folk Show in old madrassah Nodir Divan Begi (~ 1 hour). 

20 March. Day 3

Continue Bukhara city tour with visiting Mausoleum of SamanidsBolo Hauz Mosque  Ark Fortress, Poi Kalon Square  (Kalon Minaret and Mosque, Mir Arab Madrasah), Chor-Minor madrassah. 

Drive out of the city to visit Bakhoutdin Naqshbadi Complex, Sitorai-Mokhi-Khosa Palace. 

You can also visit east bath  in the everning (by request). 

Return back to the hotel. Free time. Overnight in Bukhara. 

21 March. Day 4
Bukhara - Gijduvan - Samarkand


Start driving to Samarkand by car. On the way we can visit workshop of famous Uzbek pottery master Abdulla Narzullaev in Gijduvan city.  Here you will have an opportunity to learn more about the process of making ceramics, take part in interesting master-classes of pottery decoration.

Continue driving to Samarkand. Arrival, hotel check-in. Free time. 

22 March. Day 5


Start sightseeing tour with visiting well-known Registan Square with 3 beautiful buildings on it: Ulugbek  Madrassah, Madrassah Sherdor and Madrassah Tilla Kori; Gur Emir Mausoleum (a burial vault of Timurids dynasty), Bibi Khanim Mosque (the biggest medieval building in the city), Shakhi Zinda Necropolis  (unique complex of Mausoleums). 

Free-time. Overnight in Samarkand.

23 March. Day 6
Samarkand - Tashkent
Continue Samarkand city tour with visiting Ulugbek’s Observatory – one of the most important astronomical centers. Drive to Konigil village to visit Paper Factory where famous Samarkand paper is produced with using ancient technologies. 
16:00 Transfer to the railway station.
17:00 Depart for Tashkent by high speed train "Afrosiab".
19:10 Arrival in Tashkent.
Transfer to the hotel. Free time. 
24 March. Day 7

Start sightseeing tour of Tashkent (4 hours) to the old and new parts of the city: Amir Timur Square, Theatre Square with the Opera House, Applied Art Museum, Earthquake Memorial, Abdul Kasim Madrassah and Alisher Navoi National Park, Independence SquareKhast Imam Square – a religious center of the city consisting of the Barakkhan madrassah, Kaffal  Shashi Mausoleum and the library of Islamic Literature with the Holy Koran Book of the VII century.

Participation in cooking famous festive meal - Sumalak. It's a unique opportunity to make a wish, throwing walnut or small stone into the cauldron.

The event is accompanied by funny dances, stories and songs. We promise that you will not be bored! *

Free time. Overnight in Tashkent. 

23 March. Day 8

Free time. Transfer to Airport. Depart Tashkent. End of the tour.
